About me

I am a psychotherapist and I have been working for eight years with groups and individuals.

Therapy provides you the opportunity to remove obstacles to a more fulfilling life including more intimate and meaningful relationships. Be it a personal problem like anxiety, depression, loss of a loved one or relationships that are lacking meaning or intimacy, my therapeutic approach provides you a safe and supportive environment for you to make sense of your experiences and gradually bring about change.

Next step

You can contact me by telephone or email and we can arrange an initial consultation which will give us both the opportunity to determine if we want to work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualified Group Analyst (IGA)

My experience comes from working with both individuals and groups in an NHS secondary care mental health setting and in my private practice.

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UK Council for Psychotherapy

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Key details

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Sometimes Google directs you to Woburn Place which is further away from Euston Station. My space is just across the road from Euston Station so it is very accessible.
