About me
I practice as an integrative psycho-therapist, integrating the learning from the three main theories of Counselling (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy) to better understand and help you. But most importantly I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share your story, working collaboratively with you to gain perspective and make any necessary changes. Sessions are face to face but online counselling is available for those who prefer it.
Sessions last approx. 50mins and normally take place on a weekly basis.
