Like physical health, mental health is a spectrum everyone is on and it is normal and fine to struggle at times and need support. If this is where you currently are it means you are a human being. I have supported hundreds of individuals with a wide range of issues and I have earned confidence in the benefit of the approaches available. Lets work together to address problems and develop opportunities in your life.
I value individual difference rather than reductive labels, finding your own path rather than blindly following, making discoveries based on being in connection and a healthy therapeutic relationship. I strongly believe people can be empowered to find their own answers. I won't try and fix you but instead will look to reconnect you with the inner wealth that may be currently out of view.
