Counselling is an opportunity and a safe space that can be used when one is going through a difficult time in life, to explore and clarify one's thoughts and feelings.
I am a qualified person centered therapist and a member of BACP.
I have experience of working with a wide range of people presenting different issues such as, depression, anxiety, cultural and religious difficulties, long term illness, bullying, work related issues, relationship problems, students and their presenting problems, post natal depression and introversion.
Counselling sessions can be long or short term, depending on what one needs. This can be discussed during the first meeting.
Training, qualifications & experience
Qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a registered member of BACP.

Individual/one to one 60 minute session for £30-40 pounds
Concessions and Low cost counselling are available. Please ask.
I do have an enhanced CRB check, Professional Liability Insurance and work under the BACP ethical frame work.
