Dr Rina Bajaj
I have been working within the field of mental health since 2004 and have varied experience with children, adolescents and adults. I am used to working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and have worked within the NHS, statutory organisations, the corporate world and the voluntary sector.
I use a range of approaches to suit the needs of my clients, including person centred counselling, psychodynamic counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). People from all walks of life may seek counselling for a range of reasons as it offers a safe, confidential and neutral space for people to explore their lives and the options that are available to them.
