About me

I am professionally qualified and BACP registered, UKCP/COSRT accredited Relationship & Sex Therapist. I am also an EMDR Therapist.

I have been recently working with individuals and couples affected by Covid 19. Main issues have been domestic & sexual violence. As an Individual & Couple's Psychotherapist,I am trained in humanistic integrative counselling, which means I work combining several humanistic models and theory to fit in with the client's benefit. I specialise in working with intercultural or cross cultural relationship and family issues. I have experience of working with anxiety & stress in the relationship. I also offer Psychosexual therapy. I welcome an initial assessment session for clients to explore if there is a good therapeutic fit. For trauma I use EMDR therapy.

Sessions are typically 50 mins and sometimes 90 mins for couples (with discussion and where appropriate)

Anxiety & depression can lead to psychosexual & relationship problems. I facilitate a safe place where clients can explore relationship issues at their own pace, to enable themselves to challenge and resolve issues with the help of humanistic interventions. I review progress with clients at 6 weeks. I work from Fulham. More recently, I have been working on Zoom or VSee platforms.

My work includes working with Gender issues, affairs, abuse and violence in relationships and sexual health matters, such as Erectile Dysfunction, Premature or Retarded (delayed) Ejaculation, Vagimismus (pain during sex for women), loss of desire, medical diagnosis (HIV or STIs) leading to sexual relational difficulties and other sexual health related issues. I am a BUPA provider
