Life is a continual process of development and change. However, we can sometimes find ourselves feeling stuck and held back by limiting patterns and behaviours which no longer serve us well - at times this can be very painful. My aim as a counsellor is to provide a warm, non-judgemental space to help you explore your inner world, process feelings and gain perspective on what might be currently emerging in your life.
I particularly emphasise the development of awareness in my work and encourage practices including mindfulness to facilitate this. Bringing a kindly awareness to our feelings and thoughts can enable us to understand and let go of old patterns, freeing up more space for growth to take place. This can allow us to move towards a deeper sense of meaning in our life.
My main location is a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, though I also do some work from South Woodford. Further information can be found on my website at: www.synthesiscounselling.co.uk
