About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor (BACP registered), based in the Chester/Ellesmere Port area. I work principally within a person centered therapeutic modality, but I also employ strategies and interventions, where appropriate, from the C.B.T. (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and from T.A. (Transactional Analysis) modalities. I can offer both short and long term therapy with adult and younger clients and my primary focus of therapeutic work resolves around family relationships and dynamics; mild depression and anxieties; body dismorphia; low self-esteem and confidence; phobias; sexuality and trauma. I can offer both one-to-one therapeutic sessions from Little Sutton and I can also offer telephone therapy work.

I work from a safe and comfortable office room in Little Sutton. Free parking is available nearby. If you would like further information or wish to contact me, please do email my work email address (therapy). I will aim to respond to your email message as promptly as possible.

Thank you for reading my profile and I wish you all the very best in your search, personal exploration and journey.

Warmest regards,

Rhodri

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
