About me

We all have times where we feel we need someone impartial, caring and present to listen to us.

At RJN Therapy, I work with a variety of clients who are looking for someone to help them understand their issues, in a space that is supportive and non-judgemental.

I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, social isolation and identity confusion.

I work from a curated, integrative framework, which means I draw on a combination of psychotherapeutic modalities, to best serve my client’s needs.

I primarily work from an existential framework whilst drawing on aspects of attachment theory and Gestalt, embodiment practices.

Talk Therapy

Talk therapy sessions are offered in a short-term and long-term capacity, depending on the client’s needs.

Short-term therapy could consist of 6-15 sessions, on a weekly basis. Long-term therapy is considered to be anything from six months, up to two years.

However, the length of the therapy is flexible and depends on the client’s needs and/or availability.

Each session is 50 minutes, and is carried out via video call.

Face-to-face sessions can be arranged, depending on your location. However, pricing will vary to the standard fee.

As well as UK based clients, I work with international clients, who prefer teletherapy sessions exclusively.

Talk therapy and Art Session

These sessions are an alternative to standard talk therapy sessions, where the client is given an opportunity to ‘create and chat’. This type of session is suited to individuals who like creativity and would like to express their inner world through the medium of art, within the frame of a confidential, safe space.
Each session is 60 minutes and is carried out via video call.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
