About us

What if your psychotherapy sessions could include support from personal trainers and nutritionists - FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST?

All in 1 from only £30/session

The RESET Wellbeing Project offers you your standard counselling sessions, plus direct support from personal trainers and nutritionists. This service has been developed by health experts to help you achieve long-term change to your mind and your body.

Let us look after your body whilst we are supporting your emotional wellbeing.

What can we help you with?

Have you ever felt down and started comfort-eating or restricting?

Do you feel that your anxiety or worries give you stomach cramps and difficulties eating or digesting (i.e. stomach reflux, heartburn, IBS, etc.)?

Do you feel like your body image brings you down?

Do you feel like your mental health is improving but you are still unhappy with your physical health and the way you look?

Have you put weight on/ lost weight following a period of stress or depression?

Your mind and your body are deeply connected. We tend to think that health problems are the result of bacteria or viruses, but what we do not realise is that our mental wellbeing can also disable the body’s immune system and make us more susceptible to germs in the environment.

Here are some of the difficulties you might encounter that will have a direct impact on your body:

  • Low self-esteem and low confidence
  • Stress, anxiety, and panic attacks
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Personality disorders
  • Addiction
  • Self-harming or self-destructive behaviours
  • PTSD and traumatic experience

Common impacts of mental health difficulties on your body:

  • Insomnia
  • Colds and viruses
  • Circulatory difficulties
  • Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Heart problems
  • Infections, etc.

What can we offer ?

At The RESET Wellbeing Project we believe it is crucial to look after your body while looking after your mind, so we offer you an all inclusive service for no additional cost. You will benefit from:

  • Psychotherapy sessions with our leading Psychologist (online or face-to-face)
  • Support from highly qualified and experienced personal trainers with a workout program that fits your lifestyle (i.e. walks, strength training, classes, etc)
  • Personalised Meal Plans and Monthly Recipe Books from our nutritionists (additional support available for more complex physical health issues)

- and much more!!!

If you want to achieve sustainable change, we need to work with your mind and body so you can feel great INSIDE and OUT.

"I used to come out of my psychotherapy session feeling empowered and then I would stuff myself with junk food and the positive feeling would instantly go!

"I would feel so down and sluggish! I didn't want to feel this way anymore!"

"I used to spend days in bed when I felt depressed. I would just hide under the duvet!"

"I didn't know I could get myself out of this gloomy feeling! The routine and exercises really help."

"I put weight on when I was having difficulties at home/work. The psychotherapy helped me to deal with my emotions but then I needed help to get back to a healthy weight"
