About me

There are times in our lives when we may experience distress, loss of some kind or are unable to cope with life in general. If you are struggling with issues in your life or just need to focus on your own strengths, I offer individual counselling to help you focus in the right direction. I do psychotherapy and hypnotherapy for young and adults for stress, anxiety, phobias, relationships, abuse, obsessive compulsive disorders, smoking cessation and much more, in a comfortable, non-judgemental environment.
In the past I worked as a customer support and marketing trainer, while bringing up a family, so I fully understand the pressure and stress we go through to maintain a balance between careers and families as well . I follow a person - centered approach so it is you who is the focus of therapy as it is about your life .

For a confidential discussion please call -07784513933 or mail me on : renuka_walia@yahoo.com

I am fully insured and have a CRB check.
