About me

Do you feel anxious, isolated or depressed facing the new challenges today? Are you feeling stressed and pressured in your relationship, parenting or work?

Are you looking for a connection and a private space? An acceptance and empowerment to understand your experience, to get the clarity and reassurance you have been searching for?

Are you stuck in a cycle you just can’t break on your own?

How can counselling help?

Counselling is a confidential space for you to connect with yourself and aim for fulfilment and peacefulness. Counselling sessions are non-judgmental to give you empathic support in finding your own path, to recognise your own needs and personal boundaries.

My approach

My approach is holistic, based on person-centred principles. This means that I follow you, trusting that all the answers are within you and my role is to support your journey in finding them. I use creative interventions and metaphors to support cognitive processes when needed.

With years of personal development, combined with academic study and experience in working with sexual abuse and anxiety. I provide compassionate and nurturing support and aim to establish coping strategies. I strongly believe that self-awareness leads to healthy changes in various aspects of life.

The way I work

I provide both, long and short-term counselling sessions that suit individual client’s needs. I work with adults and young people 16+. I am bilingual working in both English and Polish.

I offer online sessions via secure platforms, over the phone and outdoor counselling in agreed natural surroundings (walk & talk).

How to get started with counselling with me?

You can either email, call or message me If you have any questions, or to set up an initial session.

On the first session we would talk about counselling in general and what would you like to get out of the sessions, and if you are happy to continue then we would set up a second session and arrange weekly/fortnightly appointments.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
