About me

I have over 20 years experience working with Relate, and have been working privately since June 2015.

I am qualified in Relationship Counselling, Psychosexual Therapy and Family Counselling. I am an accredited member of COSRT - College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists and abide by strict code of ethics and principles of good practice.

I initially trained as a Relate counsellor and then undertook further training to become a Sex Therapist and Systemic Practitioner. I have worked with many couples, families and individuals over the years with all sorts of problems. I work in a non judgemental way and I do not give advice, but try to help you develop insight into your problems and find a way forward that works for you.   
The counselling and Therapy I provide creates a supportive space where you can explore your feelings and gain a better understanding of your current situation.  As a sex therapist I have helped many couples get back on track sexually with the aid of a well designed program and the therapeutic support, couples can recover sexual intimacy.

I work in Torquay, Brixham and Kingsbridge and can offer daytime and evening appointments.  My fees are £50 per hour, but I can offer a sliding scale.

My Colleague Stanny Post and I launched our website relationshipsouthdevon.co.uk in January this year and we are able to offer a private and confidential service within a varied range of counselling support.
