What I offer
I offer a safe, confidential and open space for you to talk about whatever it is that is causing you to seek therapy. Talking to a professional psychotherapist may help you understand what you are going through and create an opportunity for something to change.
I have also trained in AIT which is a more focussed approach combining innovative advances in energy psychology with analytic psychotherapy.
How long is therapy for?
I offer weekly short term treatment blocks of 10 sessions that can be extended to further blocks if needed to explore any underlying causes of an issue.
How can Counselling & Psychotherapy help?
Counselling & Psychotherapy can help with problems that you may be experiencing now or have experienced in the past. We may different techniques to assist the therapeutic process or gain a deeper understanding of what else may be going on unconsciously creating blocks.
Enquiries
Enquiries are welcome by phone or email where we can have a brief informal chat to find out a bit about your situation and to see whether I am the right therapist for you.
