About me
About me
#Individual Psychotherapy# Counselling# Group work# Clinical Supervision for Counsellors & Therapists
My practice is situated close to Chichester Centre and within easy reach of the station.
With over 20 years skilled experience as a senior accredited and nationally registered professional counsellor, psychotherapist & supervisor I offer you supportive, confidential and non judgemental space to explore and tackle your issues and make long lasting life changes.
I am senior accredited and registered through the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical code. Each year I formally reaccredit and register myself through BACP after demonstrating continual ongoing training to show how I keep pace with new professional developments.
Being an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with a person centred approach to working with people, I believe YOU have the resources within yourself to identify changes you need to make while also possessing the inner strength, energy and abilities to do so.
However, I also know people usually need considerable encouragement and motivation to actually believe this... So to help you to make permanent changes in your life, I work alongside you, be curious with you about yourself and help you to ask and find answers to your core questions. I will enable you to act on insights you gain through the counselling and will strengthen your ability to live accordingly.
