Reece Bolton-Locke (MSc Counselling, MBACP) Spiral Counselling Cheltenham
Hi my name is Reece. Whatever reason you have come looking for someone to talk to, you have taken the first steps to find help with what you're experiencing.
I believe we are all individual and unique and that each person will need different things from counselling. Primarily, I feel that the most important thing is the relationship between us. Being able to trust your therapist and to feel that they understand you is incredibly important. In our work together I use an integrative, person-centred approach, which means we work in a way that best suits you, drawing on various approaches to support you through the counselling process.
I aim to provide counselling that is quick and stress free to access. I provide a safe, empathic, affirming space for you to reflect and explore your own understanding and ways forward. Our first appointment will help you decide if I am the right person for you, before we commit to regular sessions.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the type of therapy I can offer you, my availability, and my appointment days and times. Just drop me an email or give me a call, and we can take it from there.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile and I look forward to hearing from you.
