East-Sussex-Counselling - Recha Gries
Do you suffer from anxiety, are depressed or lonely? Are you looking for more clarity, self-confidence and fulfilment in life? I am an experienced and qualified counsellor with a warm, motivational, and supportive approach to helping people transform their life’s and will support you in becoming more empowered and less controlled by limiting patterns and beliefs.
You may want to explore what your life’s purpose could be if you are looking to find a new direction or look at discovering creative solutions to current issues you experience. We may also explore were these issues may historically stem from, as often this is where the key to overcoming them lays.
The sessions are yours and we will develop them led by what you bring to them, I may also suggest working with dreams, guided imagery, drawing and other creative tools that might help you look at a problem in a new way, in order for you to overcome it differently, or to help you break unwanted patterns.
Try it out for £12 only.
I follow the 'BACP Ethical Framework' (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and everything discussed in our sessions is private and confidential.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a post-graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis counselling, awarded by the London Psychosynthesis Trust and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I specialise in Psychosynthesis counselling but consider a variety of models within my work so that you gain the most from your sessions.
I work with a variety of clients from various backgrounds and cultures and have helped previous clients achieve the following:
- feel less stuck
- towards greater self-expression
- improve their relationships
- change unhelpful behaviours
- feel less anxious, alone or sad
- relieve depression
- regain emotional balance
- increase creativity, self-esteem and assertiveness
- think clearer – make better decisions
- feel more in control and get more from life
No issue is too big or too small, all issues are welcome and valid. I see each as a possibility for positive change. You could benefit from counselling if you feel isolated, have low self-esteem, suffer from anxiety, or are fed up with life generally and feel that talking to your friends and family does not provide you with the support you long for.
