About me
Hello. I can offer you the space and time to pause, reflect and consider where you are in life now and how you would like things to be different.
In complete confidence and without judgement we work together on the issues that matter to you.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including; stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, addictive behaviours, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. I also have experience of supporting people diagnosed with personality disorders.
Whatever difficulties you are going through I use my experience as an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist to offer support and insight as we work together to explore your life and the areas you wish to change.
The next step
Beginning therapy is a big decision and it's vitally important you have a positive connection with your therapist so you can feel safe in talking about the difficulties you are facing.
When you contact me we will arrange an inital conversation, via phone or Zoom, so you can tell me how things are for you, and how you want to feel different. I will answer any questions you may have about therapy and how I work. This will also give us an opportunity to see how it may feel to work together.
I look forward to hearing from you.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
