Rebecca Williams BA(Hons) MBACP
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling offering a professional, confidential, caring, respectful and non judgmental environment for my clients to explore and process areas of their lives that may be preventing them from moving forward, gaining peace and getting the best out of life.
I chose the Person-Centred approach to counselling as I believe that each individual person, given the right therapeutic conditions is capable of working through their difficulties and fulfilling their own potential. I totally trust those with whom I work, to know where it hurts and how to find healing. My role is to be a faithful companion, to help my clients empower themselves and to facilitate these clients to make changes and to heal themselves.
