I am an experienced counsellor of over 4 years and hold a degree in Person-Centred Counselling. The person-centred ethos is at the heart of my counselling relationships and I strive to offer each person a safe and supporting environment to explore their feelings.
Although it is understandable to feel apprehensive about meeting with a counsellor for the first time, this is the first step towards positive change, and you will be met with acceptance, understanding and empathy.
My dedicated counselling practice is based on the outskirts of St Peter Port and I am available weekdays, evenings and weekends.
