Rebecca Shaw, GOOD 2 TALK Stressed? Anxious? Relationship Issues?
Weston Super Mare
Helping you to become the best version of yourself
We each have the ability to find the best version of ourselves. With guidance, insight and a desire to move forward we can obtain optimal emotional wellbeing.
I believe that nobody knows you better than you know yourself. But sometimes when you feel stuck, or like you are not where you want to be, you can benefit from talking to a trusted professional in a confidential environment. If you are someone who is feeling unsure of what direction to take next in life, or you are struggling with a personal, professional, health, or family issue, I can help you to uncover your truest desires then together we will examine ways to realise them.
Face to Face Therapy
I run clinics in Weston-super-Mare.
Contact me either by text, phone or email. I’m happy to answer as soon as I can to any queries that you may have.
The Initial Session?
The initial session will be a chance for us to meet and decide whether we are the right people to be working together. During this session we will discuss what you would like to achieve from therapy. At the end of the session there is no pressure on you to continue. If you do decide that therapy can help you we can arrange to book a regular time slot to see each other.
How I work?
My warmth, easy going and calm nature, create an atmosphere of comfort and openness. I will be with you every step of the way as you explore your thoughts and feelings, past and present and then at your own pace, take steps towards achieving your own goals. I believe obstacles are opportunities for us to grow and develop. I commend you for taking the first step toward your wellbeing and I look forward to working with you!
