I am a fully qualified Humanistic Counsellor, offering short and long term therapy to adults, young people and children, which can help with anxiety, relationship, family issues and depression. In addition to private practice, I am an experienced school and sixth form counsellor, and have also provided counselling to adults for a local charity. I also work with looked after children. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold enhanced DBS (CRB) clearance for working with children.

If you are struggling and need a safe confidential space to talk through any issues, or if you feel stuck and want to explore problems and possibilities, we can work together towards finding clarity, choice and meaning. As individuals, I feel that we all have the capacity for growth, change and acceptance. I provide a warm, non-judgemental, empathetic and impartial approach, developing trust, where I am guided by what you want to bring to sessions. I believe that each individual is unique and therefore our counselling relationship will be just that.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor, holding a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Brighton. I have experience of working with a broad range of presenting issues such as: anxiety, stress, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, abuse, addiction, low self-esteem, anger and trauma, looked after children.
