About me
Are you working out who you want to be, trying to find your identity and true self? Are you feeling disconnected, lost, and unsure of your place in the world? Are you feeling stuck in a cycle not of your choosing, struggling with the same destructive patterns? Do you feel like you keep letting yourself down, that you just don't fit, that this isn't the way your story should go?
I know those feelings too.
I’m Becca, a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist based in Glasgow, Scotland. In my practice, I aim to help clients understand what is going on in their lives and feel able to regain control to implement the changes they want to see.
My approach is integrative, meaning that I blend different techniques and approaches. I will help you confront difficult feelings, thoughts, and behaviours, as well as ask discerning questions to help us better understand what’s going on and why.
Past clients have described my style as personable and conversational, creating an environment where you can feel comfortable discussing whatever is troubling you without fear of judgement or shame.
I work with a variety of difficulties, and have developed a particular interest in helping people navigate moments of personal crisis or confusion, especially when they are searching for meaning or purpose in their lives. I have personal experiences in immigration and cultural transitions, and perinatal anxiety and depression and am always keen to work with individuals struggling with these issues.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a postgraduate diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and have received accreditation from the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists, demonstrating the quality of my training and practice. Since completing my formal studies, I have undertaken professional development training in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), narrative therapy, and schema therapy.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
