Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 12 years experience of providing support to people in a variety of roles and am extremely passionate about the work I do. At present, I currently manage and run my own clinic, delivering therapy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence alongside practising within a NHS talking therapy service.
As an Integrative Therapist, I am able to use a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches to fit your individual needs.
I offer appointments at comfortable locations in the Saltburn and Redcar area. Skype or telephone sessions can also be offered in helping you to access the support that I can provide.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation, in which you can ask any questions you may have, perhaps explore your goals for therapy and discuss whether I am the right therapist for you.
I can help you to explore emotional difficulties and painful memories at a pace comfortable to you, whilst working towards facilitating positive change.
