Rebecca Evans MBACP Registered
I offer professional counselling help and support to couples and to individuals. My practice is based in central Buckingham. I am available for appointments in the early mornings, daytime and on some evenings until 7 pm. My counselling room is in a separate building from the house so is private and free from interruptions.
I am a compassionate, warm and supportive counsellor and my aim is that as we work together you will feel safe and able to share your thoughts and concerns and through doing this be able to deal more effectively with feelings and situations that are troubling you.
I understand that the prospect of counselling can feel daunting. My approach is gentle and respectful and I will work to support you to explore your feelings and experiences without judging you.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor I hold a fundamental belief that you are the expert in your own life, we will only work with what you choose to talk about and we will work at your pace.
I am committed to working with you to help you to overcome your difficulties and to explore aspects of your life in a way that will help you to better understand your feelings and to enable you to become clearer about any changes you may wish to make.
