About me
I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years Mental Health experience within the NHS and private sector. I empathise in delivering compassionate led focussed treatment where my clients feel empowered and supported in their journal to recovery and positive wellbeing.
I have extensive experience working in a Forensic unit, Learning Disability department, Adults Memory Service and Talking Therapy.
I have successfully delivered CBT interventions and have worked with a large variety of Mental Health concerns such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, chronic stress and many more.
I truly believe in delivering a collaborative working style ensuring my clients obtain life long skills to maintain their wellbeing beyond therapy. I'm passionate about my work and the input I provide to those I work with. I look forward to being apart of your journey towards better mental health, resilience and coping strategies.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
