About me

I work with almost all difficulties; regularly with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, panic and stress.

My style is friendly, communicative, collaborative and transparent. I will not sit in silence waiting for you to speak and I regularly explain the rationale behind my interventions and questions.

I integrate the therapeutic models I use, so you do not need to choose a specific model.

Main Types of therapy: Cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy (CBT) - EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) - Counselling - Psychotherapy

Practice days: Saturdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with 17 years’ therapeutic experience within the NHS, universities, schools, alcohol and substance use and private practice.

I offer both short- and long-term interventions, face-to-face, telephone or online. I also provide Single Session Therapy, which can be helpful for those who wish to make positive changes but do not want to commit to ongoing therapy.

I am happy to arrange a call you with you to discuss how I can help, free of charge (15 minutes). Email, text or phone me and I will get in touch with details of my practice and availability.

I take bookings on an ad hoc basis - I am flexible and understand that clients will not always wish to, or be able to attend weekly. Of course if you would like to attend weekly, this is also an option. I suggest booking one initial appointment to help decide whether you think you would like to work with me, or book a brief phone consultation for free and take it from there.
