About me
I offer a holistic approach to Psychotherapy and Counselling, ensuring your needs as an individual are met. Essentially you are an expert in yourself, are completely unique and have the potential to feel fulfilled and happy.
I qualified as a nurse in 1991 and have worked in many health care settings including palliative care and addiction services as well as GP practices. Therefore I have a good understanding of how physical and mental health issues impact peoples lives.
I offer a safe, comfortable space for us to work together and address issues such as bereavement, addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues etc.
I am currently furthering my Psychotherapy training in Transactional Analysis (TA). I am a registered member of the BACP, member of UKCP and UKATA.
I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.
