About me
I provide confidential and supportive counselling where you can discuss and explore your personal issues, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choices and behaviours without fear of judgement.
My service is available to everyone who is looking to achieve way to cope with the problems. I offer a safe and welcoming space where you and your experience will be treated respectfully. My counselling service is also available in both short and long-term to clients that need help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and others.
It can be difficult to begin to talk about problems with someone you don’t know, but you do not need to worry as here you can say as much or as little as you want to. I provide a warm, friendly and professional working environment that you can feel to discuss the difficulties that have led you to look for help.
I have no magic to offer in counselling, but I can ensure to work with you as a team in which I will put you and your issues at the heart of our work. With my working effort, skills and experiences I hope to help you achieve what you are looking to in counselling and hope this can help you to move forward to where you wish to be in life.
The aim of the psychotherapy service I provide is to help you develop effective ways of cope and manage with difficulties in life. With my support I aim to provide you resources that help you learn ways to deal with your problems effectively and independently.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
