About me

I am a qualified Integrative psychotherapist counselling and coach. I offer therapy in a safe and confidential environment, where you can be heard and respected with non- judgment to your personal culture values.

As a Integrative Psychotherapist Counsellor and Coach, I bring with me years of personal knowledge and experience to tailor your therapy sessions. I believe everyone is a unique individual and has person preferences.

Having personally experienced my own challenge in life over the years, where I had to juggling with work, home life balance all which became challenging, which led to my metal breakdown. These experience later led me to my journey of personal development and taking on higher education and become a therapist, which changed my life and others around me. This personal experiences of difficult and joyful time enhance my skills to being a better lister, communicator and to be empathic and compassionate with non-judgment to understanding another persons challenging issues, during which life makes no sense and everything feel dark.

This process has helped me value my self and others around me. Therefore feel relationship is at the heart of the therapeutic process and it is important that we work collaboratively to enhance our lives and build one's self-esteem and confidence to manage and face issues, that trigger stress, anxiety, anger, depression whereby making one vulnerability and weak that impact emotional mental health issues.

I am aware counselling is not for everyone, but if you find yourself looking at my profile and are curious. Then why don’t you contact me to gain some insight about your life. I believe we don't always have to deal with all the problem along. Taking professional help can change and enhance our life in a positive way.

I counsel in English, Gujarati and Hindi.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
