I believe everyone, is unique individual and have person preference. Therefore, I tailor my therapeutic approaches that works best for you during the counselling therapy.
Having personally experienced my own challenge in life over the years, juggling work, home life balance where things became overwhelming for me. This lived experience led me to search deep within me, to my personal development and led to me education and become a counsellor to enable my life and others.
These personal experiences I feel has enhance my skills to being a better lister and communicator with a non-judgmental, empathic, compassionate way to understanding people issue and trauma. These skills, I provide to you by giving you a safe and confidential environment, where you feel heard, respected to your personal culture value and belief system. As I believe it is important to respect and recognise each person bring with them their own personal culture believe and value, in their day to day life to how they manage and make meaning of life or situation.
In therapy I believe relationship is at the heart of the therapeutic process, as well as working collaboratively enhance and build one's self-esteem and confidence to manage or face personal issue, that trigger stress, anxiety, anger, depression, vulnerability, weakness or other mental health issues.

I have been working as counselling, coach, mentor for 10 years, where I work with vulnerable children and adult to manage anxiety, trauma, depression, pregnancy antenatal and postnatal depression, trauma of IVF fertility treatment, relationship issue, miscarriage, abortion, loss, separation, suicidal and paranoid thought, dyslexia and schizophrenia mental health disorder. I have experience in working within the education setting, with various professional who deal with autistic disorder, global learning difficulties and depression and cultural clash. These lived working experience I bring to my therapeutic approach to tailor my work. Because I believe we are all unique to our culture background and family have our own unique characterise to how we manage life's challenges to the social world.

I specialise in multicultural marital relationship, culture clash, all which can create, anxiety, depression, suicidal. paranoid thought, hearing voices, sleepless night and also work with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism and other learning difficulties that effect self confidence and moving forward in life.
I also work with parents and family linked to pregnancy related issue, sexual issues, fertility, IVF treatment, childbirth trauma, antenatal and postnatal depression, miscarriage, eptopic pregnancy,still birth, abortion and termination due to health or pregnancy issue.

The session will be 50 minutes and will take place weekly at the time and day agreed. I offer short term and long term therapy, the first initial session will establish our therapeutic relationship, to see if we are a ‘good fit’ to work together. The length of the therapeutic process will depend on you and your ability to attend the sessions.
I have two private practice location where I provide one to one, face to face therapy. I also offer telephone counselling and skype online therapy. I offer home visit in some cases and fees variable between £60 to £100 depending on location and type of therapy provided you need. I offer concessions and student discounts.
