About me
I am a dedicated therapist with 15 years of experience in specialist mental health services & the voluntary sector. I specialise in mental health and relationships, including parenting dilemmas & concerns. I work with individuals and couples/families. I take a particular interest in attachment styles and I am passionate about constructing new narratives with clients.
The aim of the sessions is to guide you to a place where your issues feel resolved, irrelevant or perhaps resolving gradually and that applies to difficulties in relationships. I encourage and assist my clients to enhance their emotional wellbeing and understanding of what pins the issues they face. More importantly I aim to establish a plan by which you will maintain the changes you need to make. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks and OCD symptoms across the age range which has equipped me with the necessary skills to enable you, personally, as a couple and/or as a family to gain different perspectives over their problems and make meaningful changes in their lives
If you are an adult, feeling sad, experiencing anxiety or needing to access psychological therapy for any other reason, in me you will find a professional with extensive knowledge of mental health.
If you are a parent struggling with your children's emotional or behavioural needs, you will find in me an experienced professional who is able to walk with you through different management strategies and find with you the one that fits for you and your family.
