About me
I’m Rachel, a pluralistic counsellor grounded in psychodynamic and person centred theory.
My approach is warm and down to earth. Each client is individual and our work together is unique. I believe in working at your pace, building trust together, and exploring things without being clinical or detached. I see therapy as a space where you can feel heard without judgement and where you don’t have to "have it all figured out."
Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, grief, relationship struggles, or just feeling lost - you're not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
