Rachel Rodgers, MBACP (Registered)
I offer confidential counselling for people with a range of issues and life experiences. I can help you explore and make sense of the things that are troubling you and will listen and support you non-judgementally. I specialise in bereavement counselling.
I have a positive outlook on life and am warm and approachable. You can talk to me about anything - your current situation or something that happened to you a long time ago
My counselling room is in a quiet road in Greenbank.
Counselling tends to be once a week but I am happy to discuss other options eg fortnightly or less often if this doesn’t suit you. I offer both short-term and long term open-ended counselling. Some people choose to come for a few sessions. Others find that, once they start to explore one area of their life, they feel ready to talk about other issues.
You’ll find more information about my approach and what I offer on my website.
