Rachel Power, MSc, Reg. MBACP
Based in the unique historical setting of Charlton House, South East London, my practice, Cityspace Counselling, offers positive help and support with a range of issues including anxiety, relationship difficulties and career stress.
Having qualified as a couple and individual psychotherapist at Tavistock Relationships, and a career counsellor at the Department of Organisational Psychology, Birkbeck University of London, I have the capacity to work effectively with both couples and individual clients.
I have an understanding of the complexity that comes with managing meaningful personal and professional relationships.
Working as a therapist, with a focus on relationships and life transitions, I offer expertise and the capacity to listen without judgement. I am able to support, question and be curious, and work together with clients to find new approaches to some of life’s problems.
You can contact me through this website, after which we will agree a mutually convenient time for a phone call to briefly discuss your current issues, and the help I can offer. If this seems like the right kind of support for you, either as an individual, or couple, we will arrange to meet face-to-face for an initial consultation session.
My location, in Charlton House, offers a peaceful setting with excellent connections to public transport and also parking on site.
