I am a psychotherapist offering open-ended therapy, with occasional spaces for short-term work.
My aim is to provide a safe space for clients to talk about and usefully explore their issues and concerns. In this way, clients learn to unpack and discover patterns of behaviour that have been keeping them stuck and feeling trapped in their lives. Through this process there is the possibility of freedom and greater fulfillment.
I am open, thoughtful and considered in my approach. A particular emphasis is placed on the client as an individual with their own unique ideas, perspectives and hopes. I work to facilitate the growth that the client is hoping to develop.
My consultation room is a two-minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube, and ten minutes' walk from Belsize Park tube. There is some nearby meter parking.
Please contact me to discuss meeting for an initial session.

- Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy.
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling

I have been a UKCP registered psychotherapist in private practice since 2003. I worked for a number of years as a counsellor, assessor, and more recently as a supervisor for Brent MIND, and as a senior practice counsellor for a GP practice.
My approach is integrative, which means that I am influenced by a wide range of psychotherapeutic thinking. My core approach is an existential-phenomenological one, and my theoretical interests are wide, with much influence taken from psychoanalytic theory and humanistic practice.
