About me
The most rewarding part of the Human Givens framework is the ability to be able to make a real difference to people's lives.
Using the Human Givens method, I can help you to work through your current challenges and identify which of your emotional needs are not being met. We can focus on your personal goals and I will guide you to finding realistic and practical solutions to achieve these. My practice is collaborative and aims to draw on your own resources to make positive changes in your life.
I ultimately aim for all my clients to leave their sessions with me, having built a personal toolbox to be able to improve their current situation.
I can see clients in my home in New Malden or alternatively via phone or video call.
Training, qualifications & experience
I started my career as a Cordon Bleu chef, then spending the majority of my career as a Leader in corporate events, followed by being a Senior Manager in private healthcare. These diverse experiences showed me different angles of life and having always enjoyed developing people in my Leadership roles, in 2019 I decided to re-train as a Human Givens Therapist pursuing my passion of helping individuals reach their potential. I enjoy working compassionately with clients to understand the goals they want to reach and what the most effective and efficient way is to achieve this.
