About me

Thank you for looking at my profile and taking a very important step on your journey to where you want to be.

Lots of people to choose therapy for lots of different reasons and each one is personal and unique to each individual, that's why each one of my clients have sessions tailored to their individual needs and wants.

As a therapist I have the skills and expertise to work with your feelings and emotions to help you understand why you are feeling things and to help you with managing these feelings.

I will work with you on what you want to focus on and work at your pace in a way that suits you.

I have many years experience of working with people who are experiencing, abuse, distress, trauma and family disfunction.

I am experienced in working in therapy for relationship issues (not couples counselling) and domestic abuse.

I am also experienced in working with children and young people therapeutically please note that I work with children from age 14+

I am currently due to COVID-19 offering sessions via Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp and telephone. I offer sessions on evenings and weekends as well as during the week to make sure that there is a time to suit everyone.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.


Additional information

My sessions cost £30 per 50 minute session.

I offer reduced rates for students and those who are unwaged or on low incomes.


I am available for sessions throughout the week and Monday and Tuesday evening as well as Saturday mornings.
