I offer you the opportunity to unburden yourself and explore your issues in a supportive, confidential environment. Sharing your feelings, being really heard and accepted can enable a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself and other people. Over time, the process can become a way to unearth your innate potential and discover future possibilities. I will work with you sensitively, welcoming you as an individual and encouraging you to share your story at your own pace.
I use an integrative approach which allows us to work with different approaches according to your needs. Psychodynamic - looking at your family history and how it influences your behaviour. Relational - exploring how we relate together to help you understand how you relate with other people in your life. Transpersonal and soulful - honouring the part of you that is searching for meaning in your life.

If you would like to talk with me please give me a call or alternatively email me. (I will call you back ASAP if I'm not able to answer immediately). We can talk on the phone and at this point you can see if you feel you would like to arrange to meet with me before deciding to go ahead and book an initial session.
In the first session I will ask you what brings you to therapy. I may also ask you about your history and relationships. You can ask me questions about my counselling and we can talk about your expectations or fears.
