About us

We are a group of dedicated psychologists around London and the home countries who want to work with people who are experiencing life's challenges and traumas. We consider ourselves 'emotional rehabilitation experts' who can hear your story and sit with you and your discomfort, we gently uncover with you the person you are - warts and all - and we aim to rediscover together a new, happier way to be.

We have a range of different Associates who can work with you in a clinic space near your home or at your home (depending on what your query is). Of course, if you wish to come to a clinic space in London, that is fine, too, and can help keep costs down.

We support the lifespan, from children to older adults, and this might include individual, couples and families/care teams/school work. We work with trauma and adjustment to new life expectations, as well as behaviours you want to address and dynamics you wish to change.

We might be able to support clients in Arabic, Russian, Dutch, Turkish and Urdu.

Training, qualifications & experience

We have Associates with a range of different therapy tools eg CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, EMDR, family issues.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

Health and Care Professions Council

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
