About me
Poppy Sprague | Psychologist | UKCP-Registered Psychotherapist | Coach | Educator & Practitioner
- CREATE LASTING CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE, WORK AND RELATIONSHIPS -
Psychotherapy, coaching, and supervision services for individuals, couples, groups, and organisations.
Why This?
Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re dealing with stress, relationship challenges, career hurdles, or emotional roadblocks. The right support can make a genuine, lasting difference. My work goes beyond surface-level change, helping you uncover the root of what’s holding you back while giving you practical tools and insights to break free from unwanted patterns. The aim isn’t just to feel better temporarily but to create a future where those old struggles no longer have a hold on you. Through a blend of psychotherapy, psychology, and coaching, we’ll work together to create a process that feels meaningful and empowering right from the start.
Why Me?
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve helped thousands of people around the world — both in person and online — as well as training and supervising practitioners globally. My approach is personal and results-driven, combining deep inner work with practical strategies you can apply in daily life. Clients often describe feeling a sense of clarity, relief, and renewed energy after our sessions, along with the confidence to navigate life’s challenges in a new way. What you learn here won’t just help in one area; these skills are designed to ripple out into every part of your life. If you’re looking for meaningful change that feels achievable and tailored to you, I’d be honoured to guide you through the process.
Why Now?
The best time to create change is when you realise you’re ready for it. Feeling stuck or overwhelmed is a signal that something needs to shift — and waiting won’t make it easier. Taking action, even a small step, can create momentum. This process isn’t about endless talking or reliving the past; it’s about practical tools and real strategies you can start using right away. You deserve to move forward with confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
There’s a client testimonial video here on the profile, along with a link to written testimonials on my website.
Feel free to get in touch by phone or email for a relaxed chat or a free discovery session on Zoom. Let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
This work is suitable for both seasoned individuals with personal development experience and beginners, with many people experiencing immediate relief from their very first session.
Sessions take place in person or online via Zoom or an equivalent platform.
Fees, potential session times, and frequency are discussed at the end of an initial discovery meeting, where you’ll have the opportunity to talk through your current situation and what you’re wanting help with. At that point, recommendations will be made, and if it’s a good fit, sessions can begin from there.
