Polly Crabtree (MBACP)
I help people reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Finding the right counsellor, with whom you can have a positive and enriching relationship is essential. I am trained to listen and I aim to create a trusting and non-judgemental environment offering compassion and sensitivity in a safe space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. Counselling can be short or long term depending on what you need and we will work together to find the resources within you to move forward.
I specialise in helping people to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Sometimes the pressure and demands of work and life can be overwhelming and, when that happens, it can be good to talk. Do you feel more negative, nervous or anxious than you used to? Is it difficult to concentrate or do you find it hard to sleep as you turn problems over in your mind?
Mental health is very personal and everyone is different way. l understand that if you are struggling it can be difficult to take the first step and seek support. I'm here to offer a compassionate and safe space for you to explore your concerns and support you in feeling stronger.
