We are a small group of qualified counsellors and therapists providing support in Wiltshire, we have therapy rooms in Amesbury, Marlborough and Devizes.

Counselling – Adults, veterans and family members of. This form of therapy can help make links between thoughts, emotions and experiences to improve your life, have choices and make changes or more simply put, understand yourself better.

Children, Young People and Adolescent Counselling (9-19 years) I help young people to understand and make sense of their thoughts and feelings in regard to themselves, their families, school and peers. Breath work and learning to be in the moment can be profoundly helpful when the young person is dealing with anxiety and panic disorders, especially at school and during exam times. I also have experience of working with clients with the condition of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Asperger's.

I also work with parents, helping them to improve communication and understanding of their young person's issues

CBT therapist – working with adults (16 years +), veterans and family members of, perinatal.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or CBT, is a talking therapy that focuses on the theory that our thoughts, behaviours, physical feelings and emotions are all connected and interact with each other. This can sometimes be unhelpful and keep us stuck in patterns of behaviour which affect our emotions and we can feel low, anxious or angry. CBT works on the idea that if we change one of these elements we can positively affect the others.

Counselling – Adults, young people (16-18), veterans and family members of.  Using compassion, we can work together to explore the past and our critical voice, alongside our emotions and feelings to develop our compassionate selves.  We can then work to develop the best version of ourselves.

I have experience of working with trauma, bereavement and loss, managing angry emotions and working in a compassionate focused way.
