About me
Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and it’s hard to know where to turn. You might be grappling with anxiety, low mood or burnout, or navigating big life changes. Or perhaps you’re a parent worried about your teenager’s behaviour or emotional wellbeing. Whatever brings you here, I’m ready to listen and support you.
As a BACP counsellor and clinical supervisor, I offer online therapy for adults and teenagers. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to meet you where you are. I specialise in helping people not only reduce distress but also discover what brings meaning and purpose to their lives. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and build a life that feels fulfilling.
Why work with me?
I bring an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on mindfulness, art therapy and somatic techniques alongside more traditional talking therapy approaches. This flexibility allows us to tailor sessions to what works best for you. Whether you’re an adult seeking clarity and balance, or a teenager feeling disconnected or misunderstood, I aim to make therapy engaging, low-pressure and empowering.
What sets me apart is my ability to build strong, trusting relationships, even with clients who may feel uncertain about therapy. Having extensive experience working with teenagers who are initially unsure about engaging in therapy has helped to develop these skills.
Our sessions focus on empowering you to uncover your own solutions, rather than being told what to do. It’s all about discovering what feels meaningful to you and moving towards a life that’s truly worth living.
How I can help:
- Managing anxiety, stress and low mood
- Building confidence, self-esteem and body acceptance
- Coping with life transitions, like moving abroad or loss
- Improving relationships - family, romantic and friendships
What to expect:
Each session is tailored to your needs, but here’s what therapy might look like:
- Open, non-judgemental talking therapy to explore patterns and feelings
- Grounding and mindfulness practices to help you manage overwhelming emotions or numbness
- Reflective exercises to gain clarity and deeper self-awareness
- Practical strategies to create meaningful change at your own pace
As a counsellor and clinical supervisor, I bring experience and reliability while staying curious and open to learning from everyone I work with. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to help you navigate the challenges and find a way forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
Since 2017 I have been supporting adults and teens as a counsellor in schools, universities and private practice. I am also a clinical supervisor, supporting other professionals with their therapy practice. My specialist training in eating disorders enables me to offer compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals struggling with disordered eating or body image issues. I have a strong interest in research, with a background in Psychology (BSc, MSc), and I use evidence-based approaches to inform my work with clients.
Having navigated significant life changes myself, I bring both personal empathy and professional insight to my work with clients facing transitions, identity shifts and eating struggles. Outside of therapy, I enjoy practising and teaching yoga and mindfulness, which inspire many of the techniques I share with clients.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
