I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist with many years of experience working in the NHS, private practice, and charity sectors. In my practice, I use various methods and techniques to help clients with different types of problems, and I ensure all my clients receive treatment suited to their individual needs. I offer a safe, friendly, and confidential environment, and I am motivated to make you feel accepted and understood.

I specialise in psychotherapy for people with personality disorders, such as bipolar, EUPD or narcism, past trauma, bereavement and various types of addiction. I worked with couples, adults, older adults, teens and preteens. I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and applying interventions in different cultural contexts.
