About me

As a person-centred therapist, I believe you have the strength and resilience to find your own answers. My role is to walk beside you as we explore your thoughts and feelings at your pace. I aim to create a non-judgemental and supportive environment, but that doesn’t mean I won’t challenge you. Growth often comes from facing difficult truths, and together we will explore those moments where discomfort can lead to lasting change. I will encourage you to dig deeper, question old patterns, and open yourself to new possibilities—all while being accepted, heard and understood.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied Person-Centred Counselling at Lewisham College, where I successfully achieved my Level 4 Certificate in Counselling skills.

As part of my training, I enjoyed a placement as a school counsellor within a specialist establishment for excluded pupils, and this experienced has strengthened my interest in working with young people, students and families.

I have also enjoyed my experience within counselling agencies offering therapy with a strong LGBT+ focus.
