About me
Hi, my name is Pinar,
I’m a qualified therapist specialising in helping people navigate life transitions. I empower my clients to discover their lost identity. Helping them step into a place of self-worth, freeing themselves from the negative beliefs that hold them back, allowing them to confidently move forward. I help them find the freedom and confidence to trust in themselves to find the right direction forward on their own terms.
FREE Assessment for new clients:
I offer all new clients a FREE initial session which will last 30 minutes. During our initial assessment, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and finding out what you need from our time together. This is an opportunity for me to share how I work and for you to get a feel for how we would work together.
At the end of our initial assessment if you would like to continue working together we will schedule your first full session at a time and date which is suitable for both of us.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Additional information
Finding the right person to support you is key. So I offer a free 30-minute assessment for all new clients, where we can get to know each other better. In the end, if we feel that we are not the best fit then I will do my best to help you find a suitable referral.
All sessions after the initial assessment are 60 minutes and charged at £60 each which is payable on the day of your session. Some low-income concessions are available but are limited.
