Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Professional Membership
I am a Member of the MBACP and work within their ethical framework.

How I deliver therapy

Therapy usually takes place in my office, or it can be via skype or telephone counselling.

I provide a safe warm appropriate environment where trust, respect and autonomy are evident through a committed working agreement regardless of the circumstances.

For some people, counselling is something they have never experienced or wanted to think about. It is my aim that every client I counsel feels valued and listened to. I'm non-judgemental and work at my client's own pace.

My Office is bright, colourful, peaceful and free from distraction. There are water and tissues to hand and the seating arrangements are comfy soft and inviting whilst also offering a safe base for my clients to gradually unfold their problems. Everything we discuss is confidential. I work within the guidelines of the data protection Act 1998 and I hold my client's confidentiality as paramount.

I'm able to work in the evening with agreed prior arrangements. My aim is to facilitate your personal growth of reaching your own personal goals and having the tools to move forward in life once the therapy ends.
