Hello, I’m Sharon and I am a qualified Integrative, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.  What this means for you as an individual client or as a couple is that I have a depth of training that allows me to use approaches that feel best suited to your unique situation and experience. I provide therapy to young people, adults and couples.

My approach is to work intuitively and creatively so that each session is personal to you. My training includes a BSc (Hons) Degree in counselling and a Level 5 Diploma in couples therapy with Relate. If you want to feel differently, and wish for a happier and more fulfilled life, exploring your difficulties through counselling and psychotherapy can be a powerful and effective way of bringing about positive change.

Kertrina:

Hi, I'm Kertrina and I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic counsellor who has worked with both individuals and couples, I became a counsellor following a 14-year career in psychiatric healthcare. For many years my interest has been in how our past affects us in the present and within relationships. Life experiences can leave us with a mixture of emotions and challenges. We may feel many things surrounding us, this could be relationship breakdown, family tension, child behavioural difficulties, childhood abuse, lifestyle changes or many others and this can make it difficult to know where to start.

I use an Integrative approach which means your counselling is as individual as you and your needs. I aim to offer a safe supportive space where you will comfortable to explore whatever difficulty you choose to bring. I will not judge or direct you but will help you to find your own insight that can enable you to take steps towards resolution.

Michelle:

My name is Michelle and I am an Integrative Counsellor. Counselling is about a relationship, one which develops between two people and is unlike any other relationship. I, as a Counsellor am here for you, to listen and provide a safe space to explore issues that may have been causing you sadness, uncertainty or other concerns. whether you attend as a couple or on your own.

To begin on this journey takes courage and I shall be there supporting you all the way. My aim is to help you work on your relationship: no blaming or arguing, helping you move the relationship forward. Sometimes separation or divorce are the options a couple want to take, however, this does not mean the relationship will end, especially if there are children involved. Through counselling one can work on a respectful and healthy ending, moving forward in a positive way.

My premises are in the Gunthorpe area of Peterborough and are easily accessible by public transport.
