About me

If you feel it's tough to embrace spontaneity, creativity and struggle with a sense of security, you might be wrestling with some psychological challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, or low self-esteem. I'm here to offer you support in a warm and understanding way.

My practice includes therapeutic methods of talking therapy, guided exercises and empathy to attend to your current emotions and address those aspects you are struggling with or have been avoiding. Psychotherapy supports your understanding of your inner motivations so that you can be aware of the reasons behind your feelings and actions - laying the ground for the changes you seek.

One of my strengths is connecting empathetically with your experience and guiding the process of self-discovery. By supporting your understanding of yourself, you can make sense of why you find yourself in that anxious or fearful place, offering new ways of navigation.

Our conversations will take place in a confidential and safe environment where you can freely explore your potential. With my years of experience as a psychotherapist, both privately and within the NHS and as a course tutor and trainer for qualifying counsellors, I'm well-resourced to provide psychological support.

If you are interested in working together with me, whether in-person or online, please do not hesitate to reach out for a conversation.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
